Comments
Skier triggered a size 2 windslab on a convexity in open trees. Slide went on the ground layer interface and did not appear to have stepped down from storm snow. Dropped into protected trees on skiers left of slope and slide remoted across start zone 10-15s after drop in. Skier was able to move to safe area and avoid the slide after partner yelled to alert them. No partial burials.
